The trees need to be taken care of because every windy day, tree branches are all around my car; I don’t want to find a branch having crushed my car one day after a storm. Maintenance came to fix the cold water in the bathroom a while back and left with it still not working. The laundry facilities should be updated and there should be 3 washers and dryers in each laundry room to accommodate all the tenants.
