Breed restrictions are not solely based on the above list. Landlord reserved the right to modify the list at any time.

Maintenance needs improvement

Love the apartment. Have lived here 4 years now and up to the last 6 monthes it has been great. Our microwave went out almost 5 monthes ago and they still haven't replaced it. At the same time our refrigerator went out. Lost several hundred dollars of food. So far, that hasn't been taken care of either. Plus alot of smaller maintenance that needs to be done. Finally had to go out and buy a new refrigerator with my own money. Living on a fixed income so had to use part of the rent money. When I just paid half they immediately sent us an eviction notice...and now just yesterday we got a notice that our rent is going up by $200.00 in July. And still nothing with the maintenance has been addressed.

I like my apartment, the size but they Very noisy apartments. You can hear your neighbors. Trash is overflowing almost all the time. They take time to come and fix things

Amazing staff, great location near public transportation``

We've been at Scriber for 3 years and have fabulous rapport with the staff and just recently transferred into a 2-bedroom with a gorgeous view of the green belt. We're very happy here!
