I moved into this property right after it was built, it was great not having neighbors. Now I deal with noise, weed smoke and trash everywhere. A majority of people that live here could care less about respecting others and their surroundings. I know the office staff can't control others, however I don't feel the office staff have done anything to build relationships with the tenants or monitor what's going on outside of the office walls. Staff are changing like no ones business, without letting anyone know who they are and dumb things are communicated and important things like pressure washing aren't mentioned. Just like most apartments these are no different... built CHEAP. I hear EVERYTHING next to me and above me. The structure is bad, the rain becomes huge puddles and has caused one of my bedrooms to take on water...meaning the floor is WET and cold. They did provide a machine to reduce the moisture but it's only for that small space. I fear there maybe issues in other areas if not the entire unit. The only good thing is the location, when Covid-19 isn't happening there are things for the kids to enjoy at the office, good school district, large unit and close to the freeway. Everything is extremely overpriced these days and the quality lacks. All I can say is, it's a roof over my head.

This has got to be the best complex in the PNW!

Our Pet Policy We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment home. No exotic pets. Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior.
