Here's a small clip of my review they keep deleting: I've tried to be understanding and patient with Allegro…but this place is such a disappointment. All the issues that I and all other residents have brought up are still consistently an issue. Weed smoke is rampant, neighbors are yelling, doors are SLAMMING - so on and so forth. The other day, there was a red-haired woman letting her kid play with a horn outside at 8 am on a weekend. At least 3 different people screamed out of their windows at the top of their lungs to shut the kid up and the lady came out yelling at everyone to mind their own business. Great parenting BTW. There's a new trend at Allegro! Now every single day we get to listen to the Alarm system blare until the poor fire department has to drive out and deactivate it. And yes I mean EVERY SINGLE DAY. - EVEN AT 3AM. If you live near the creek, I hope you have really thick curtains because there are floodlights pointed directly into your windows. They're probably here as a safety precaution because of the rampant homeless community right next to us. We got hit with a combo of the fire alarm at 3 am then the floodlight. Pretty good night it was. If you have Amazon, you will NOT receive your packages. There is a hub inside of the office (which is not 24/7), so the drivers say they drop it off there. The problem is they don't provide a code to unlock your packages. I've had to reorder/refund 12 packages because of the system they have set up here. I've resorted to ordering my stuff to an Amazon locker at whole foods nearby...Which defeats the purpose. Living here is just depressing. If you want to live in peace, DO NOT MOVE HERE. It's not surprising why the vacancies listed on Apartments.com are growing by the week...Currently sitting around 20 or so. Management is aware of these issues...But nothing, and I mean NOTHING has been fixed. It's upsetting that I have to spend much longer here and I am looking forward to the day I move out.
