Just moved in, neighbors in the alleys tend to be loud. Not bad if you keep windows shut lol

I am able to walk to town and work pretty easily. One car parking is included but anything else is always difficult to find parking, which can be limiting. There are issues like squeaky drier but maintenance is usually good. Small apartments and comparativevalue for the increasing rent prices.

Descent place for the value and location but it is very crowded area in town.
