I have been living in my little house for nearly six years now. Its a nice neighborhood and very quiet. I love my privacy. Rodman is very on top of any maintenance needs and has made it very affordable for me to continue to live here. They definitely do not try to price people out of their homes, and that's what this little abode is, my home.

I have lived in my little home five years now. I adore the privacy it gives me and having a fenced backyard is s big bonus for when the grandmunkins come over. I fell in love the minute i saw it. Rodman has been awesome about all maintenance issues, getting right on repairs.

Rodman worked with me on the deposit to move into my home. Been here 3 years already! Lori and Bailey have always been quick to answer questions and keep me in the loop about any new things about my little home. Rodman has been quick to get any maintenance done. My sewer system completely backed up because of root damage. When one plumbing company dropped the ball Rodman quickly got another plumber out within hours. I have been very happy with Rodman and their team!
