I love my apartment for the price I pay, the location is great, some worries about homelessness nearby. No amenities, but as elderly person it’s something I can afford , good value for the money

It's a very peaceful, quiet, lovely neighborhood with all the big trees and squirrels. You wouldn't think so being right next to the college. It's also a very nice walk to the library and post office. Our apartment is very spacious and comfortable, we are happy to call it home. :)

This spot is great as it's close to the LCC campus. Parking is good and communication from the rental company is great.
