Need more electronic medium

It would be good to use e-mail for communicating. Also, the payment web site seems to lock up every other month. 2 months ago I thought I had paid but it didn't take. This month I tried to pay but it locks up before getting the final panel. And somehow the previous owner mixed up my wife's e-mail user ID with my e-mail. I'm not able to update my profile until I reconcile... and I don't see how to change the user ID back to my e-mail.

Love my home!

We have moved to woodlake in October and love it! Location is a plus! Whenever we place a maintenance request it gets handled in a timely manner. The office staff has always been helpful. Grounds are kept nice! Gym is large and unfortunately parking can be tough if you get home late.
