Happy in our Home

We've lived at Kirkland Crossing for over a year now and just renewed our lease. The entire team is friendly, responsive, and really wants to take care of their residents. The building is in a great location, right next to a walking trail and the park and ride. We love spending time on the rooftop and grilling on the community BBQ.

Paper walls

Great place to live, that is if you don’t mind the paper walls and floors. Neighbors don’t care about others, and constantly stomp there feet, but you can also here them pee in the bathrooms the walls and floors are so thin. The Management has rules, but I guess those only apply to the ones that follow them, filling complaints doesn’t do anything, and for the $$$$$ that you pay... go buy a house, it would be cheaper! Fix the noise issue during quite hours please... Again 10pm - 8am is what I have been told, the. Enforce it! You need to have more than just talking to them, that doesn’t work!
