Decent Place to Live, but with some drawbacks

I really like living at Scout (Formerly Hunters Run). The staff is nice, maintenance is superb and is always quick. It's a pretty quiet area, for the most part. Except when they redo the roofs. Or the windows. Or have some guys on our roof months later for some reason. And they give us windows that have smudges on them and tell us they'll take care of it, but never do. Or the fact they replace the roofs in the middle of summer, but don't give us screens for a month on top of that, forcing us to live in a sweltering apartment. I do like, however, walking quite far to throw my trash away. Gotta love that exercise. Then, if you're throwing your trash away on the weekend, you don't even have to put it in the trash compactor! You can leave it outside it! If only they had a second garbage dumpster/compactor that was closer. Oh well, good for exercise, don't have to open a nasty compactor door. The appliances are decent that come with the apartment, although the shower's pressure is low, and the dryer has to be set on the most dry setting unless you want a wet load of laundry. But other than those things, I've enjoyed my time at Hunter's Run I mean Scout. Good thing they let us know ahead of time of the name change!
