Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior. Breed restrictions are not solely based on the above list. Landlord reserved the right to modify the list at any time.

Spacious floorplans

They have spacious floorplans and layout of the apartment is pretty decent. Parking is a major problem especially if you have more than one car.

Great place to live here i really like it the only problem is parking and street sounds like middle of night when the cars car crossing the veterans drive street their exhaust sound is clearly coming inside the apartment my baby wakes up by that annoying sounds and if I come late night so defficult to find a parking spot

Grandview Apartments (Kent)

Parking enforcement needs to be better. I've had my car towed multiple times within 24hrs of purchasing the cars. There isn't enough parking, not enough guest parking... Parking should be resident centered. At least give us time to report to the manager before towing our property
