Staff is super friendly. Apartment was very nice and clean. Quiet around the facility and no trouble. Laundry facilities are always working well. Thank you Rodman realty.

It’s a good apartment quite small for what you pay for. The parking situation is crazy though , no assigned parking just people who have cones placed where they want to park. I also feel like the laundry room should be open 24/7 instead of closed sometimes for people who work late and need to do laundry after 11 or 10 pm .

The units are well situated and comfortable. They are small but when configured well are very livable. The neighborhood is quiet and there are very few issues. The neighbors are kind and keep to themselves. There is no assigned parking which can be good and bad. The management is good, they’re receptive to issues and want to help. Overall I have enjoyed living in this complex and know that others do too.
