I've been here over a year, I've mentioned multiple maintenance problems and the only time I had someone actually do anything was when there was an alarm malfunctioning. I know I am supposed to put it through the portal but instead I called or whatever, but the person was talking to always said "You should use the portal, but I'll take care of it" or something like that. Never has been. Including the oven fix that they told me would be taken care of asap when I moved in. Ultimately I love living yere and I'm super comfy, even with the rent going up, but feels bad getting no maintenance.

Living here since June 2021. Maintenance are friendly and responsive. Rent is fair, complex is very quiet and well-maintained. Location is convenient.
