Staff has difficultly with recording assigned parking accurately. Policies regarding parking change at any given time without notice to tenants. Staff is generally pleasant. Rent is fair. The office usually will make arrangements on pet deposits for payment if asked. Maintenance is overwhelmed. Mold issues in a couple units. Disputes between tenants are not investigated on all sides which causes the appearance of ‘favorite’ tenants. And results in unfair decisions regarding remedies on tenant disputes. When that happens the office gets frustrated over the particular situation, and then insinuates that the tenants work it out among themselves which can lead to more disputes. Consistency in policies is lacking. Overall, though, these things, ( tenant issues) dont come up often…and Rodman usually, ( not always), tries to do their job. I take issue though, with the owner not willing to update flooring or counters after decades of not replacing them, and tries to blame the current tenant for those materials breaking down or appearing stained and damaged.
