Small place for 1260/month

Small place and I went out of the way and paid extra for a place with a gym and pool but covid has made that non existent and to feel that’s why I pay more. Also a lot of random amenity fees like pest control and you have non optional vallet trash who’s is 25 a month and u also pay a separate garbage fee
