A place you live for years until you find your forever home

Going my 6th year living at Kitts corner. The actual apartments are nice and spacious. And playgrounds for your kids. In apartments anywhere your gonna have a loud neighbor or 2 but people come and go and things get better. The staffing is a big deal for me. Where us tenants live...the staffing can become belittling and things are just a "day in the office for them". Some are rude and treat tenants like we're in a big kid daycare. There are always negative e emails from the manager and threats to tenants about towing Thier vehicles or actually towing Thier vehicles in this low income apartments because the parking here is not very well in thought of, also threats to be fined about our one garbage space constantly even around the holidays where it's inevitable for garbage not to pile up. The manager never just checks on our community as whole and makes sure that us people who live here are ok and do we have any concerns especially because we're the ones who live here. "A boss or manager" should also bring positive vibes not just when things are wrong. We are humans too that deal with alot also. It's not a bad thing to send a nice quote of the day or just simply sending a email to just say hi to tenants. Her emails are always negative and stressful. Over all I just like to pay my bills and stay to myself. The area is grate and the schools are great ??

Tenant

Parking lot is always full and I always see cars without stickers parked there. Most of the time we can’t find a parking and have to park somewhere else to sleep and wait till there’s a parking available. I also think walls are too thin, I can hear next door conversations. But overall, great staff and great community. Keep up the good work!

Our Pet Policy We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment home. No exotic pets. Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior.
