Rude staff, no or late response to work orders

Rude and unprofessional staff particularly the Office Manager. Works orders are not taken seriously or done very late. You pretty much get tired of placing work orders and not being responded to and stop placing work orders or do it yourself. Things keep breaking as they are very old like appliances ad electrical and kitchen fixtures, closets railing systems, and so on. All the stress about and send out warning letters to residents if the patio is no kept as per lease agreements, but they don't care how the resident live inside with a lot of things not working which supposed to be working as per the lease agreement.

Not low income housing.

Be ware living here. Parking is the worst. Staff changes alot. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. Maintaince is a confused bunch. Never knowing what they need to repair and does not keep records.
