This place is good to live in there’s a few issues but not too bad. The property keeps looking so dingy people throw cigerett buds everywhere and garbage but usually poor maintenace guy is out there clenaing early. The gates work for the most part, staff is pretty good but also stern so the property feels safer. They used to be reasonable priced but this year they put it up so much. We live by the airport so it can be crazy loud sometimes.

I love this property I’ve been here forever. They have good parking and people are always friendly. The rent isn’t too bad and the property for the most part is pretty clean. The staff also for the most part seem nice and caring of their tenants. We’re gated and thankfully our gates have been working for a while now.
