Its been an ok experience. Neighbors are friendly for the nost part. And a great amount of kids for other kids to play with

Great property overall

This place is good to live in there’s a few issues but not too bad. The property keeps looking so dingy people throw cigerett buds everywhere and garbage but usually poor maintenace guy is out there clenaing early. The gates work for the most part, staff is pretty good but also stern so the property feels safer. They used to be reasonable priced but this year they put it up so much. We live by the airport so it can be crazy loud sometimes.
