It’s been only two week but I’m pretty happy

Coming from a place where staff changed so much no one cared or even knew what was going on, to emails and phone calls being answered instantly. Everything I have asked for has been answered from simple questions, to parking, to maintenance. Staff are sweet and caring. Apartments are large and comfortable you can say I am pretty happy.

Never Recommending

Do not move here, I doubt this will be posted on the website. I have lived at Sage for 2 years, and I regret all of it. Living near 99 is the worst thing you could do, loud cars all night and people screaming and yelling in the Walmart parking lot a 100ft away or so. I'm sure the buildings that are further west are okay. Yet building A is horrible. So to add to that, the staff just acts as if they care, they just wanna move you in, and be left alone. Only once did we have a real Maintenance emergency that was taken care of properly, ( our water heater was blowing out because it was above 120 degrees to begin with). I do give Geoff props for getting on the problem so quick, but the previous guy was god awful. I told him about a mold issue in the back bedroom long ago, and he essentially ignored it all, I'm sure the carpet is ruined in there by now, I did what I could to keep mold away but I'm not going to drown in bleach for that place. To emphasize, the gutter system in the back leads into weeper drains, (slotted pipes) but they are easily clogged, any time it rained the water will pool up inches and inches and just sit there. I had brought it up multiple times to maintenance and they just shrugged as if it's okay to have it happen. That is how you get mold. The place has horrible rent rates as well. You will find somewhere better than this trust me. Oh and the walls and ceiling are paper thin, you can smell the fart from a fly in another unit. You will not sleep if your neighbor above you is up, and you will end up hating your decision. Move on before Moving in is the quote Sage should run with. Good bye forever

Fantastic Management

I had been a resident for couple years. The management is absolutely great! friendly and prompt in their actions. The apartment is bright and very nice. Plenty of parking. Well maintained. Highly recommended!
