it’s Mid

It’s barely been 7 months and its been rough. I get that the pandemic has caused some difficulties but at some point they need to do better by their residents. There’s never any parking, no one answers the phone, maintenance is nonexistent except for the one lady that’s always doing everything. Oh, they don’t answer emails either and they never take your noise complaints or complaints of people smoking in apartments seriously. The exterior that isn’t readily visible to the public is always a mess as there is dog pee and poop everywhere.

Shiny new but located where it's not appreciated

The apartment structure, and layout with the parks and beautiful nature entrance are exquisite. Inside everything is new and modern simply fantastically built !! However there seems to be a disconnect in communication for billing, this is very negatively effecting me because I have double payed rent for the month of August and simply can not afford to do so. Being located off highway 99 there is only one way entrance to turn into the apartment complex. Coming from west one has to pull into the turning lane and wait to do a u turn in order to be able to pull into the complex.
