Staff at gateway rock!!

Everyone at Gateway, from maintenance to management rocks!!! I have lived at hmm properties for over 5 years and one reason is the staff!!! Thank u all from C-205!!!

I love the staff there great! The location is great as well. The noise isn't great with the side I am on. The parking has been a challenge but the staff has been working hard to making it better. The value of the rent is in the middle.

Prepare to only receive one parking sticker no matter what value size your apartment is. There is no parking in this apartment complex.

Our Pet Policy We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment home. No exotic pets. Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior.
