Awesome community

Lovely, large, brand-new townhomes in a scenic spot. Quick access to superb walking trail and parks, and to the lively little town of Duvall. On-site staff are responsive, friendly, and go above and beyond to help residents settle in; they are quick to take care of any issues that come up. Be aware that the development is under construction still. There will be noise and traffic during the day, but workers are mindful that completed units are now occupied -- and they do stick to the permitted work hours. Look at the master plan to understand how views from your unit may be impacted by the future build-out.

Duvall Village

We love living here. It's so nice to exercise on the path and walk to dinner, being so close to town. The staff is great. I do wish there was a linen closet, and wish the closets had more hanging racks, 2 levels. We think the charge every month for the panel in the Livingroom and front lock is very excessive. All it does it lock and unlock the door. Please reconsider the charge for that.
