Why Renters Love It Here
Great view
Mgmt is very nice. Property is sadly trashed up by people throwing plastic water bottles, candy wrappers etc. Appliances are in need of repairs.
Okay but pricey
Happy with my wife here and its our first place but pricey
Professional wonderful
Jessica was exceptional thorough and very detailed. I was such a pleasurable and comfortable experience.
Great staff, neighbors not so much
Jessica and Jeffery are great. They will always set everything aside to sit down and listen to you. Every time I need something fixed Jeffrey comes by a few minutes after I stop by the office. However, neighbors have loud cars and do not respect the fact that there is limited parking and you paid for a spot.
It feels like home
It is a nice place to stay but they cannot really catch up on their maintenance issues. There is always something happening that they need to take care of first. It's a quiet neighborhood and the staff is super nice and listens well and are very into getting people a good place to stay. I really like it here but it is very expensive because the view is priceless. I love my neighbors. The pet community is pretty cool. I recommend this place to any couple starting out or introverts. You would fit in perfect. There are not a lot of kids and if there are they don't get out much. There is Penderghast park just down the road tho for those with children.
