Willow Tree Grove

This is one of the best apartments ive lived in since living at home with my mother. Reent is a little steep due to inflation or whatever.

I like living here, I have already recommended friends to sign up and also live, for some friends it was successful to move to the condominium. I think the pool rule in summer is very bad, when the height of summer the pool closes, I think the opening hours need to be reviewed. When the stairs and sidewalks are washed, the access points on the ground floor, which are the sidewalks between the apartments, are never washed with a machine, so they are only washed with water and when they are dry, all the dirt appears.

The front office staff do not answer the phone or return phone messages. The noise from the adjacent shopping center is very disruptive and constant. There is no place for guests to park... even guests who park in visitor spots get notes on their vehicle that they are going to get towed. The maintenance crew is AMAZING and very responsive. The rent has continued to increase and I am going to be priced out very soon.
