Best Community!

Six Oaks is amazing! The management team is very helpful and the building always looks beautiful. The location is super convenient and lots of great food in the area.

Ongoing abuse of FLEX parking mostly by residents who don't pay for parking and park overnight. The outside company policing the garage should be fired for their incompetence. I've heard that new signs are the answer to the problem, but nothing has happened. Maintenance is reduced by 1 star because of the wet-dog odors in the stairwells and elevators(especially the elevators) even after the cleaning of the carpets. It makes no sense having carpet in either the elevators or stairwells to hold odors..
