Great place to live!

I really enjoy living here. For apartment living, it is the best it can get! Great staff and maintenance, the landscaping is beautiful. The community is great, the location too! The apartment itself is modern and spacious. I don't have a negative thing to say!

Great location South of Downtown Arlington

Great location South of Downtown Arlington where I can walk to the grocery store, and a bunch of restaurants. Located a block or so from highway 9 which can take you to highway 531 if you commute South, or highway 530 if you are going North or East. I'm in the building closest to the intersection of 77th and 204th so I do hear a lot of traffic noise compared to if you were in the back of the lot. The balcony is much bigger and nicer than when I lived at The Lodge in Smokey Point and I enjoy using it. The lease says no propane grills larger than a 2.5lbs bottle which keeps me from getting a full sized grill even though others have them. Inside the apartment, I'm on the 3rd floor with vaulted sealing in the living room/kitchen. It's very high. Throughout the apartment the ceilings are i'm guessing 4ft taller than the doors. My only real complaint about this apartment is that there is nearly no storage for food in the kitchen. It's just me and one roommate and I struggle to find space for food. The counter tops though are really nice being granite or some sort of stone. Better than laminate like at The Lodge apartments. The parking is WAY better than The Lodge too. They built what seems to be enough parking for everyone. Yeah if I get home in the middle of the night I might be parking further back or maybe along the street but that is better than The Lodge BY FAR. The staff is super friendly. The manager is very approachable and helpful. She lives here so she wants this place to be nice and friendly just as much as everyone who lives here. The gym was nice before COVID shut it down. There is a pool but I never intend to use it when there are plenty of lakes and rivers near by to play in.

Best Apartments Around

Amazing complex. Not a lot of noise, close to everything in town, great neighbors and great staff. Wonderful communication with our landlord and the rent prices are great. The amenities really make it worth it too. We have loved living here.
