pretty middling!

redstone is pretty hands-off, haven't had much need for maintenance so can't really speak to that too strongly. Residents in the building are where it falls short but that's not redstone's problem. Parking lot consistently gets filled up by people with redstone tags, leading us to wonder if there aren't actually enough spots? pretty annoying coming home at 1 am after a shift of work and having to park all the way down the street because this building falls into the parking ban area from December 1- march. good looking apartments. alright place!

It's OK

In terms of value, the apartment complex itself is not quiet- street noise and the sounds from upstairs neighbors are quite evident. Parking is fairly readily available but it is not covered and it is right next to two houses with various people walking around and does not offer much security. Location is great, it is within walking distance to great restaurants, stores, and a grocery store.

Maximum: 2 animals allowed $250 pet deposit/pet refundable less professional carpet shampooing and any other damages from pets. No breed restrictions
