Maiden Lane offers 28 units with beautiful wood plank flooring in the living room and kitchen, with carpeted bedrooms. Energy star rated appliances (stove, refrigerator and dish washer) in every unit.   It won't be like all of the other apartments you've seen. We provide you with space you can hang your bike in the winter and covered parking is offered at $50 per space. Pets are allowed! So finally adopt that dog you've always wanted. Maiden Lane also has the added feature of a rooftop deck to enjoy.  This building is Handicap accessible. Use the convenience of the elevator to get to any floor. Common laundry is located on the first floor. The North Winooski Avenue corridor is the gateway into the city of Burlington from many destinations north and east of the city center. This building endeavors to continue the ongoing evolution of North Winooski Avenue into a vibrant mixed-use district creating neighborhood oriented retail and new residences

Nice and Modern

I love our apartment. The heating is efficient and it is next to impossible to find a clean space with a dishwasher in Burlington. This neighborhood is a lot of fun. The tenants and yoga studio downstairs are lovely. A few cons are Parking is $50 a month unless you go street. Also, they charge extra for tiny storage units that literally no one uses. The apartment is modern but you can tell corners were cut to save money.... cabnit doors wiggle off, shower drain plug doesn’t work, fridge breaks, paint is cheap. Etc. Not perfect but much nicer than a lot of places available.
