Nothing Short of Amazing

Sadly I just recently moved from The Palms Apartments after living here for almost three years. My stay here was amazing! To start the Maintenance Staff was absolutely amazing. Most places make you feel like you are a burden but every time I had a Maintenance Issue they were quick to respond and thorough! The Maintenance Tech Krystal was absolutely my favorite. She was so friendly & Sweet, always made sure she followed up with you, and was able to be very personable while still remaining professional. The office staff was out of this world. I first dealt with Pam who is such a sweet lady and so helpful! Leslie was always a pleasure to deal with she is so nice, helpful, and always made me feel welcome. Every time I called the office she always remembered me and made sure to ask about my son! I don't think this woman has bad days, literally every time I have had a encounter with her over three years she was so nice, thoughtful and just a pleasure to deal with. I loved all the activities they had and the breakfast they offered pre covid. All of my neighbors in my building were friendly. The only thing I would say is Parking is not Ideal as their are very few parking spaces. But maintenance and the Tow Company seemed to stay on it regularly! My stay here was amazing, and it was a nice place to call home! I would highly recommend The Palms, and will defiantly miss the office staff and neighbors!

Maintenance for my AC / Thank you Chris for the service!!

I heard a rattling noise in the study coming from the ceiling vent. I know that sounds silly, but I knew something wasn't right. Due to our current time, with the Coronavirus warnings, it needed to be an emergency to come and fix it. Great news! Chris came to check it and there were only a couple of screws loose at the unit outside. Thank you Chris for your thorough check of my unit. Thermostat, etc. I was glad to see, Chris, was with his "shoe booties" and gloves on as well! Once again, fast service!! Dana Walker

Maintenance for my kitchen faucet

Thank you Crystal for your awesome service!! I always enjoy seeing you come to fix my maintenance request. You have worked on my kitchen faucet before, and installed a new faucet when you thought it was needed. I called just this morning , to let the office know, my faucet started dripping. Of course, Crystal came the same day, and replaced the "stems" in the hot and cold side. Fixed!! I have great service from The Palms Apartments, all of the maintenance people here. Thanks so much!! Excellent Maintenance People

I have been living here only a short time but everyone from the front office staff and the maintenance has been very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate and take care of its residents. Chris B has been especially helpful.

The Palms Apts

I have lived here for 3 years now. The front office is always on top of things . They know everyone’s names. Always planning activities for the apt community to make it feel like home. The maintenance crew is awesome. Always a phone call away whenever something goes wrong. They are very quick to come fix or replace whatever is broken. My building has been very quiet. No problems. Location is great and close to everything.

We are Pet Friendly!  There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $150 pet fee for the 2nd pet.  There is a pet rent per month of $20 per pet.  Two pet maximum.  The following breed restrictions apply: Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow, Akita, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Alaskan Husky, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Malamute, and any mixture of these breeds.
