I like living at 75 Place. I love the things that come with the apt.

I have lived here for over 7yrs with many different types of staff and neighbors. The exterior of the property is unkept. The grass is over grown 95% of the time and trash is always everywhere.

My microwave and washing machine have been broken for over 3 weeks and nobody has come to fix them. Trash is always littered outside of the building. Tenants beat extremely hard on the door to break it open daily. The place is kept like slum lords own it.
