Great place to live - thin walls
I love living here! My only complaint is the walls are very thin. I can very clearly hear my neighbors. The staff, maintenance, and building are otherwise great!

The woods floors creak so much you hear someone walking down the halls and you cant sleep in when someone wakes up before you
Cotton Mill Lofts Review
I have lived here for two years and have had a great experience! The property manager is always looking to improve the building and the quality of living here. It is a great place to have a dog and meet new people.
Best location and staff ever!
Gwynn and team run a tight ship and do everything in their power to maintain a beautiful space at Cotton Mill. Maintenance requests get processed and completed faster than everywhere else I have lived. The location is great and love my apartment layout.
Enjoyable, great for pet owners.
I have lived here for 2 years and enjoyed it. They have added a lot security measures like a new gate with key fob access and dog run area which is really nice. The staff is responsive, nice and helpful. All the residents are also nice and respectful that I have met. It can be noisy at times, I live on the bottom floor and I can hear my upstairs neighbor very loudly walking at all times. I cannot here my side neighbors unless they have people over which is rare. The building has 2 parking lots but the spaces are very very small, so I park on the street.
