Decent place to live
I feel safe here. As new tenants move in, there are a lot of people hanging around and taking up parking places
an apartment building in a parking lot
i like this place. but it is an apartment building dropped into a parking lot. there are two bank within feet of your door. mcdonalds is a two minute walk. the grocery is across the street. it's nice, but this all adds noise. if you can deal with it, it's great.

What I've noticed so far
I noticed the apartment complex leans. And things around the house are a little janky but I'm grateful to have a place of my own.
Great location and price.
I moved in three months ago. The location is fantastic and the staff are friendly. Maintenance could be faster to respond, but the price is right.
