Brookside Apts

The property is older and needs some work the location is great you have easy access to several highways. Parking is terrible not enough visitor parking. And the tenants have multiple cars that are not registered so they take up the visitor parking. The grounds needs to be kept up more street lights are not working. Other than that my apartment is adorable I have a garden style. I love the closet space. It would be great if they would do and acent wall of your choice. I Like that fact that one bill pays it all that's a great time saver. The staff are always pleasant and polite when they answer the phone.

Maintenance

The maintenance team is trash. I put in what THEY deem an "emergency" maintenance request. They called me the same day to let me know they would be by to take care of it. Long story short I still haven't seen or heard fromvthem a week later. Trash

Facade

The information on the website is not reflected once you’re a resident. My move in experience was a nightmare & the apartment I’m in is NOT shown on the website, all that’s shown on the website are renovated apartments & that’s for a reason! The apartment I’m in have yellowed appliance, chipping white paint on EVERYTHING in an effort not to clean, & bugs, bugs, & more bugs. Maintenance is “understaffed”, the office staff intentionally ignore any issue you bring to them that have not be resolved. It’s honestly the biggest mistake I’ve made but it’s my first one bedroom apartment so I’m stuck here trying to make it work. Needless to say I won’t be renewing my lease.
