Move-In

Unit was not move-in ready on specified date. I am not the type of resident who finds joy in contacting the rental office for maintenance requests! Yet, I've had to make several major requests (ELECTRICAL ISSUES) to which they sent a maintenance tech instead of the electrical contractor they claim they work with today. Furthermore, there's still a laundry list of maintenance issues that have NOT been addressed. I'm tired of staples mills townhomes All Ready I've been a resident Less than 14 DAYS. This property had so much potential to be great but I'm OVER IT!!!!! The greater question is where do I submit my intent to establish an Escrow account???? Calling corporate AGAIN.

Living at townhomes

Overall above avg. staff we have now are great. Wish there was a system to enter trouble call number and recieve feedback. Never know when maint. Man is showing or if parts on order. Maint does good work. So far I have enjoyed being here. Bus service is only 6am to 7 pm mon thur fri. No weekend service. Not as big a problem since foodlion has two hour delivery.

Excellent maintenance response!

I am strongly recommend Staples Mill Townhouse Community for future tenants. I am living in this community for more than 7 years and witnessed the significant management improvement then PRG company hired Brandi.As a manager she have a superior people skills and got amazing management team and team for maintenance for property. Cody maintenance manager, Thomas, Damien, Dannie, Ceci, Brandon working hard to maintain the property in regular basis and in case of emergency,in case if something brakes .I also want to mention lady Emini who is painter, even she is not in this team.If you on the lease and you put maintenance order online or by phone. The maintenance will contact to you immediately on in the few days depends on priority you put in your order. All the people very skillful, professional and very polite respectful and friendly it is very pleasant to live in this community and interact with this professional people and see them working very hard everyday to make this community a very nice a beautiful place to live.
