As a long-term resident of Reserve South Apartments in Richmond, VA, I am compelled to share my honest perspective on the evolving living experience within this community. Having spent approximately five years here, I have witnessed the transformation from a great place to live to an okay one. When I first moved into Reserve South, its charm immediately captivated me. The well-maintained grounds and beautifully landscaped surroundings created a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves were spacious, modern, and equipped with all the necessary amenities one could desire. The management team was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents' needs. It truly felt like a home. However, over the years, I have noticed a gradual decline in the overall quality of life at Reserve South. While still friendly, the management team seems less invested in ensuring resident satisfaction. One area that has remained consistently satisfactory is the community amenities. The pool and fitness center are well-maintained and provide a pleasant escape from the daily routine. Additionally, the location of Reserve South is convenient, with easy access to major highways.

decent place to live

Decent place to live rent increase was alittle steep within one year. Water bill & other utlities should be based on number of people instead flat rate. I enjoy when we have activities in the community.

It's Good

Reserve South is a good place to live. I feel safe, I like my unit. The grounds are well kept in my opinion. It has gotten more expensive as time moves on. Overall, a good place to live.
