Fees for nothing in return. How that will make you feel?

The $ 25.00 trash service fee. Is just a waste of money ($ 275.00) give away with nothing in return. 1) Do not need the service; I have not problem walking my trash out (Daily) 2) I have try to use the service and the trash is not being picked up. So, Ive to walk it out, anyway In addition, due to COVID the package delivery service has been halt. Yet, I still has to paid for the service, and have to go to the post office to pick up my packages. No value at all, Package locker area is large and wide, separated by the office by a door. Easily social distance may be maintained while carefully, and quickly picking up the packages. Just like the mail is being pick up. Two fees that are padi with nothing in return. Is just a waste of money to say the least.

Really satisfied

I've been living at Maple Springs for more than 2yrs and really enjoyed it. Good value for money option. Well kept appartment, great maintenance team, green and quiet environment, easy access to stores etc. And all of the new management team--especially Sidney with whom I had most interaction--were always accessible, very friendly and helpful, and made me feel 'at home'. In one line: I wouldn't leave, but I have to relocate. And one friendly suggestion, coming from a dog dad: some wood/vinyl floor apartments and a somewhat larger dog park!

Maple Springs Apartment Review

Sometimes the neighbors get a bit too noisy, at other times folks will drive into the complex at 5:30 a.m. or a bit later and blow their horn, which probably wakes more than a few people up, Also the speed bumps, where too low, should be raised, I see some drive by far too fast especially when small kids may be out playing. This is also an issue when trying to back out of a parking space, you think the way is clear but they drive over the speed bump fast and you are pulling right out in front of them, it will cause an accident eventually. There is a slight curve by the dog lot and you can not see past it due to the dumpster being there, Thank you !
