So far so good. Comfortable laid back setting. Apartments were remodeled and they did an excellent job

Lived here for a year with no major conplaints. Maintenance is very fast with any requests. No problems with neighbors, very minimal noise. Laid back.

Convenient location, everything else could be improved a bit. Property manager seems clueless/incompetent at times when it comes to getting things done, let alone in a timely manner.

The walls are paper thin. It's almost as if your neighbors live in your apartment with you. The staff consistently uses bandaid solutions for maintenance issues and noise complaints. This allows the problem to continually resurface. The amenities are great but I am not sure its worth your peace.
