Ashley Park, Richmond VA
I've lived here 1.5 years. The staff is great and very responsive. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. It's an older community so it could use a facelift in some places. My only regret is that the water bill is very high for a one person, one bedroom apartment because there is a shared meter which is prorated. This is a City of Richmond issue but it's a bit of a financial burden for me.

In my honest opinion Ashley Park is a great place to live in. Unfortunately the neighbors tend to make the habitat a bit difficult. (Noise, and Etc) Granted there are outdated appliances (Stoves, Washers, Dryers,) It is a cost effective place to call home and the property team does their best due diligence to keep tenants happy and satisfied. Overall rating 4 out of 5 stars.
