I have a good floorplan, but the amenities are just ok. I can currently hear my neighbor's fire alarm out of battery chirp which is quite annoying A lot of parking though

A good transitioning year!

We just renewed our lease for another year because our stay has been better than satisfactory. It's been a pleasure! With a full sized kitchen and adequate living space, our downsizing from a larger family home to this temporary transition has been a joy. Yes, we miss the amenities because of COVID, but realize their hands are tied. Hopefully, things will open back up. Thanks for a good living arrangement!
