Apartment Review

The apartment complex is really nice, would benefit from upkeeping amenities. For example the treadmill hasn't been working for around a month. The grills are missing equipment and some ignitors are not functioning. The chairs by the pool could be better cleaned. I've seen mold on the pillows from the rain.

Ongoing issues

The tenant across the hall consistently smokes pot daily and the hallway smells pretty strong that it seeps into our apartment, the tenant above us produces large sounds that feels like dumbells hitting the floor most evenings, I’m glad there is change around trash valet as I noticed the tenant across the hall finally started to get citations for leaving their bags on the ground, athough most of my floor still leaves the trash out on Fridays ands Saturdays
