If you are thinking about this place, don't. Just don't. Rednecks and their trucks, ricers and their cars and 288 with all of them and motorcycles. Not a cool place.
Decent Area to Live
I’ve been living in 2000 West Creek Apartments for about 6 months and have had a fairly easy time. A few hiccups wjth staff but it was all resolved in a reasonable amount of time. It is a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to Short Pump which is what I love.

Great experience living at 2000 West Creek. Since the moment my fiance and I found the property by chance while driving all around, we knew after a long search in Richmond, that this place was going to be different. For the previous three years, it has been extremely quiet and a great place to get away from the city for work. Great front office staff: always helpful and always smiling. Great amenities and everything is kept clean. Quick to answer maintenance requests. Never had any issues with break-ins into my car or wife's car but then you never leave valuables inside. Quiet grounds where one could walk around the property a few times to get exercise. If you have a dog, they have an unbelievable dog park. Lots of space to park your cars. Gym is nice but we would still go to a more crowded to get access to more machines. Overall a great place to live. You didn't fear for your life or get the feeling of something sketchy like you would have if you went walking around in downtown Richmond (Scott's addition etc)
