Great place to Live!
I’ve lived here for 2.5 years, and my partner and I have recently decided to move in together. Without hesitation, we decided to move into a different unit in Riverview lofts that was better suited for two people. We like the location and style here, and it’s quite affordable
Pros & Cons
The parking is far, and they only allow parking in the front except for one girl who lives here and works in the office, she parks her car out front all the time. For the price it’s not that bad, the building is clean, the staff are nice…
Great Location/Space but Great Compromises
Riverview Lofts has an amazing location, and the space is great. However, the parking is the real drawback from this gem. Also, communication is great with the team but requests do take a while before they are completed. Lastly, the staffing and the community in within itself is great. Do not be surprised to learn how thin the walls are when you walk by an apartment door. I would still recommend this place to a friend or family member!
