Verified Resident

Slow with resolution

Most times there’s a issue it takes forever for it to be resolved. Also when something is supposed to get done it al,ost never is done correctly the first time. I’m always getting extra fees for thing and have been here for going on 4 years with never being given a extra key or anything for free. Also you all tried to move me out of my house because I didn’t sign the new lease within the 1 hour I was told “I needed to do it by” which was extremely offensive and inappropriate. I wish I was valued more as a resident especially being the longest stayed resident in the building.
