Chenmon lofts has been one of the tops places I’ve lived. The one payment for everything each month is so nice. I did have an AC issue, and trouble ticket was attended too quickly and while it was being attended too I was given a plug in AC to keep my loft cold. Overall, my experience has been pretty great.

Only lived here for a couple of months. The apartment itself is beautiful, but the cleanup after the previous resident was poor and there were some issues I dealt with as a result of that. The issues I couldn't address were handled quickly by maintenance. The high ceilings and large windows always get complements from friends and guests. The locks on the doors and key fob system are nice because it allows you to leave without having anything on you. The front parking lot gets pretty full at night, but there are always spots in the back. Train noise from W 23rd doesn't bother me at all. I would recommend this apartment to someone looking for an easy experience. Our property manager, Keith, makes things very enjoyable. Plus there's one bill each month cause all utilities including internet and a basic cable package are included.

We’re very lucky to stay at Chenman. The benefits of all utilities included with great rates has been the best experience. The modern look makes it 10X better. There is no better apartment place better than any Legend Property group’s loft.

Been here for 3 years can’t really complain when your’re paying literally one bill since everything is included. Never had any real issues. Walls can be a little thicker if I could change anything. Other than that its a beautiful apartment with plenty of shops nearby.
