The parking needs to change it's really bad

Parking is bad if it wasnt for the paid parking Monarch Crossing would be a great place to live.

Remove old sprinkler pipes, get new maintenance crew, update furnishings, update wiring from the 70's

optimistic

the apartment is very old and i have had more than my share of flooding issues during my time here. I would not feel comfortable at all calling this a home. Having had to deal with so may issues{flooding and maitenience}during the 2 yrs living here!
