I've lived here for the past 2 years. When I first moved in the grounds were kept up well, the dog park maintained, the vacuum for the car wash station worked, the firepit worked. Now, there is debri all over the grounds. The parking lot is littered with branches. Branches that fell months ago. I have put in several complaints about all of the branches in the parking lot, sidewalks, and grass, but nothing has been resolved. Managers are more interested in getting new tenants than making their existing happy. The dog park hasn't been cleaned in over a year. There are leaves everywhere along the fence. No one cleans up after their pets. The recycling containers are constantly too full to put anything in them. The trash compactor is broken on a regular basis. The only bright spot in this community are the maintenance people. They stay busy though because the appliances are outdated and constantly breaking down. They finally replaced some of the Air Units last year, but only because the insurance company made them. Most units have the older units in them which break down regularly. Mine broke down 3 times during hot summer months.

Happy New Tenant

I am a new tenant at The Park at Salisbury. I am very well pleased thus far. Great location, neighbors are pleasant and the grounds are beautiful. I love balconies and the balcony is beautiful. The neighborhood is also quiet and enjoyable.

We welcome you and your pets to our community. Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health and pet photo.
