Best place to live!

We have lived at Barrington Park since mid July 2019 and love every second of it. The staff is always friendly and knows you by name, the maintenance staff is always willing to help and friendly and the community in general is full of wonderful people. It is a great value for the northern virginia area and an easy access point for travel!

Excellent place to live!

I found this place by chance as I was driving around looking for my new home. My realtor had taken me to several locations but none of them were right for me. From the time I walked in the door of the leasing office and Mr. Courts showed me what would be available in my time frame, the amenities and the overall property I was hooked. I have truly found HOME. I have lived here for 7 months now and cannot think of being anywhere else. The staff is always kind, the property is beautiful and best of all pet friendly. I hope to make Barrington Park Apts my home for a long time.

Professional, responsive apartment community

Maintenance is always professional and responsive to requests. The Front office: Jennifer and Charis, are always helpful and accommodating when needed. My children and I feel comfortable in our home here.

Amazing place, great maintenance

The lady that does maintenance is a sweetheart. I really can't complain with this location. Prices are a bit steep, and I'd be inclined to say that's the price you can pay for a quite place to live. Staff isn't the best at answering e-mails if you have questions and are not around to ask them in person. The first few months I lived there, I asked (twice on email, once in person) to get some new grass seed planted behind or patio. The previous neighbors would let their dog use the bathroom there and never clean it up- killing the grass. In person they said yes, but they never followed through, and I never heard about it again. Instead, the sprinklers kept kicking on, resulting in a muddy mess.
