My time here has been amazing with such a quiet neighborhood community for the most part. I also enjoy the location of this property and the friendly and realiable staff (espeically maintaince). I feel very safe here, and apperciate the effort made to keep the outdoor areas clean. On another hand when I first moved in, I was pretty dissappinted to find out that the “clubhouse” does not include the building next to the leasing office as a residential common space. Espeically as it is advertised to be part of the amenities. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have that open, espeically as a communial space for events and parties that are being held for or by residents. And these events being held by the property should be posted on the portal so it is easily visable for all residents. I had heard about fun events being done for the residents, yet i never have any idea when these things are going on. And id like to be able to attend but it seems like its only for certain residents who have the time to take a stroll up to the leasing area. The biggest point is that its a nice place to live but the residents could have a better relationship to each other and staff, if the property took that relationship as more of a priority.

I have lived here for a year. Nice quiet community. Move in was a breeze. Staff are friendly and whenever I have submitted a maintenance request, it was always completed very quickly.

Well maintained and run. Great location. Nice amenities. Very pleasant place to live.

Been a resident here for several years now, And the way its progressing is making my family and myself look at other housing options. The new residents and how their youthful age has made this place less of a family vibe and more like a college vibe, that draws a family with two little ones out. The reason our family chose this place was that it was secluded from the college scene but close enough to everything we need. The ent has increased tremendously since we been here and the value of stay/amenities truly isn't worth it. it . You can rent a townhouse in the area about 200-250 cheaper. The staff is never in the office fr support. The parking has gotten worse. Waits until almost afternoon to get rid of snow in the complex for cars to get out and even then plows the cars in.
