How do I apply?
Applying is EASY! Go here and click “Apply Now” on a floorplan you like. In order to complete the application process we will need a photo ID, which you can email, fax or bring us a copy. Co-signers will also need to provide us with a copy of their photo ID.
If I am a student, do I need a co-signer?
Most of our student residents apply with a co-signer. If you have no one to co-sign, simply provide proof of income (paystub, W-2 etc.). These can be emailed, faxed or mailed to us, if you are unable to drop them by the Leasing Center.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit is required at Squire Hill. The amount for the deposit varies.
Do you only rent to students?
No. Anyone who qualifies is able to live at Squire Hill.
When do I sign my lease?
Once approved, you will receive your lease via email. This process may take a few days to complete. Once signed, we will move forward with finding your NEW home! Please Note: By signing the lease you are signing a legally binding document.
When will I know where I am living?
If you apply to live at Squire Hill before the end of the calendar year, you will know your new address in mid-January. We typically assign apartment addresses after winter break once we know which residents will be leaving Squire Hill. If you apply after the first of the year, we will notify you as soon as your new address becomes available.
What if I do not have a roommate?
Although we advise future residents to apply with their roommates, we also understand that you may not know who you will be rooming with yet. Please be aware that if you are still unsure of a roommate after your lease begins, you could be held rent responsible. For example, if you apply to live in a 2 bedroom apartment home and you are the only leaseholder, you are responsible for paying the full month’s rent until your roommate has applied and been approved. We offer assistance for those looking for a roommate; however we do not assign random roommates.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Yes. We offer both furnished and unfurnished apartment homes, depending on availability.
When can I move in?
Residents are able to move-in between May 15th and August 15th; however, these dates are flexible
Are you pet friendly?
Yes. Squire Hill is VERY pet friendly. Our community features a dog park and numerous grassy areas for your pet to enjoy. Prior to moving in, you will need to sign our Pet Addendum, which details our pet policy and required pet fees.
What is included in my rent?
Your monthly rent includes weekly trash removal, pest control (as needed), Internet and cable in the living room. If you wish to upgrade cable or Internet services, contact AM3 at 866.263.3241. Your monthly Resident Statement will show a separate charge for water, which is based on usage. You will receive a separate bill for electricity and pay the service provider directly. I love the Squire Hill community which is why I have lived here for the past 3 years. If I ever have a problem, the office team figures out a way to solve it.
