Not worth it

Overpriced and rent only continues to increase every year. Had two pools and a playground when I moved in, now down to one pool and a "community garden" that no one uses, yet amenity pricing has not changed. 1st floor apartment patios flood every time it rains. Internet access is inconsistent. Leasing office gives no grace period for late rent payments, no matter the reason. In-unit dryer takes about four cycles to actually dry anything. Only good quality about the place is that maintenance almost always comes the same day I put in a request.

Hampton Glen Review

Overall the community is excellent. All the staff and maintenance people are friendly and trry to resolve any questions or problems there may be. The location is great, quiet and considerate neighbors and close to shopping.
