Not Optimal

Not a bad community, people keep to themselves and overall it's peaceful. The apartment I happen to live in is unfinished, distributes heat and ac unevenly causing the master to get blasted and the spare to receive neither well. The windows are old as hell and most likely leak more heat/ac than they keep in, and good luck trying to open them without smashing your fingers or giving up struggling to open the 3 layers it has. The spare bathroom also will feel like whatever the temperature outside is, and God forbid your neighbors smoke in the same complex because you will smell it constantly unless the fan is on. Make sure to keep an eye on your electric bill because it might randomly go up $100 for no reason (inefficient unit and layout of apartment if you couldn't already tell) and the front office will tell you "That's Dominions problem". Overall I would not recommended these apartments from a monetary standpoint. Make sure if you do decide to move in that your unit is fully remodeled and ask about how utilities work in depth (water has also randomly gone up even if your habits do not change at all).

Quiet Place

Depending on where apartment is situated, this is a very quiet and pretty place. My apartment faces the courtyard, back side, surrounded by pretty trees, and very quiet. I have a renovated apartment, and I feel like the value is good. Maintenance and staff have been very friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is paying extra fees for an alarm system I didn’t want and do not use, and that the rent goes up 6% every year; there should be more incentive for good tenants.
