A Nice, Quiet Place to Call Home

I've been living here for about a month or two and this has honestly been a very nice and quiet place to live. Even with the kids and dogs around, it's never a disturbance. The dogs aren't crazy and the kids are giggling as they play outside. The apartment itself is really nicely renovated and hasn't given me any cause for concern. No pest problems (but I'm on the top floor and very nit-picky about cleanliness), and the airflow in the apartment is pretty good. No rooms that are excessively hot or cold because of the air. All of my appliances are really nice and the very light grey color they chose for the walls here is calming, not depressing. Closet space is pretty good, but if you have longer clothing (think tunics and dresses or tall men's shirts) you'll have to get creative as there aren't many normally designed areas for them. The kitchen is on the TINY side, like an average galley kitchen is larger than this thing, and my sink is just a single basin sink so I had to get a wash basin to deal with dishes because while the dishwasher works and works well, most of my dishes would be ruined in it. That being said, there's plenty of storage space for food and as long as you're not trying to do christmas cookies with 5 grandchildren, the kitchen should suffice for most of your needs. Showers are great, but I feel like they put a limiter on the hot (probably so you don't burn yourself) but it makes you have to run the water longer to get it to heat up. The top temperature on the shower is pretty good, but if you like HOT showers, you'll find it cold. The sink in the kitchen doesn't have this limit so watch out! Other than that, the grounds are well-kept, the residents are nice, and the trash area never looks bad. Come and give it a try here!
